Held in a home environment, Pet Professors Boarding School is ideal for dogs who get along with other dogs. Boarding is available for Pet Parents who may be going on vacation, those who want to start puppies off on the right footing before bringing them home, or for dogs who need help building specific skills outside of their home environment. Boarding School is not for everyone or every case, but it can often help your dog learn the skills you are looking for in a structured, enriching environment. Once your dog or puppy leaves Boarding School, it is highly recommended that Pet Parents receive their own Private Tutoring for best results. Consistency in training after your dog leaves Boarding School will help you learn and understand how the behaviors were learned, how to maintain those behaviors, and how to achieve your long-term goals. Every Canine Companion is an individual, and some behaviors may take more or less time to train based on breed, genetics, learning history or other factors. Generally, Pet Parents can expect that the longer the stay, the more progress their individual learner will make.
* Every dog is an individual. Due to genetics, prior learning history, and individual personality, results may vary.
** Cues must be practiced with Pet Parents before cues will be generalized to different people and environments.
